Kebakaran yang terjadi pada jum'at malam, 25 Mei 2012... menghanguskan banyak kios - kios yang menyebabkan kerugian besar, mencapai ratusan juta rupiah... 10 mobil pemadam kebakaran dikerahkan, bahkan dari tanjung karang, dan pesawaran, serta dari tanggamus... berikut sore setelah kios terbakar, asap masih mengepul disekitar kios yang terbakar...
Asap masih mengebul hingga sabtu sore.
